The atmosphere here was enchanting! The indoor heated pool was a relaxing oasis after a long day, and my Beautiful King Suite was a dreamy blend of comfort and space. Plus, the breakfast? Freshly made scrambled eggs and tasty pork sausages that kick-started my morning wonderfully!

I really enjoyed my time here! The room was super comfy, and the staff were on point. Shoutout to Victoria for her help! Breakfast was tasty, too. Only bummer was the TV – kinda small and not the greatest picture. But otherwise, everything was fresh and neat. Loved the bar area as well!

Clean room, excellent amenities, including a convenient laundry room for freshening up clothes during our stay, and the quick hot water was a bonus after exploring the city nearby.

i recently stayed at the hilton garden in novi and it truly exceeded my expectations. the room was spotless, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. having a variety of dining options nearby made it even better, and the amenities like the pool were inviting.

The staff was super helpful during my stay, and I really appreciated the late checkout they offered for my group. We enjoyed the peaceful indoor heated pool and the cozy sitting patio for relaxing after our busy days. The pillows were a bit flat for my liking, but otherwise, everything was fantastic! 😊

We had a wonderful family stay at this hotel! The kids loved the pool area, and we enjoyed exploring local adventures like kayaking and water skiing nearby. The breakfast options were fantastic, especially since we were able to fuel up for our daily activities.

My wife says that the room should have had a microwave for heating up snacks for the kids.

However, I faced an issue with housekeeping being on a request basis. Despite my three-night stay, I had to call to arrange cleaning, and was told there was a waiting list. This felt off for a hotel of this standard. Additionally, the breakfast options were disappointing, lacking healthy choices like lactose-free and gluten-free items. When I asked for something healthier, I was served raw veggies that didn't meet my expectations. The dining experience could definitely use improvement especially for guests with dietary needs. Overall, while I appreciated the clean rooms and helpful staff, the limited housekeeping and breakfast options affected my stay.
